Articles of Association

The officers of the Association are:

• President
• Vice President
• Hon. Treasurer
• Secretary

They all answer to the Committee and the Committee in turn answers to the General Assembly of all paid up members.

As from the end of 2010 the Association shall publish its accounts on a yearly basis for approval by the General Assembly after due certification by the Association’s independent Auditors.

The Rector of the University is ex officio the Honorary President of the Association.

Following the last meeting of the founding members, the current Committee is composed as follows:

• 4 representatives of Alumni who will be elected by the paid up Members present at the first programmed Alumni General Meeting in Perugia on 15th August.
